Application Area:
Radiant heating system intended for use in small ambient, ideal for temporary events. The product can be installed and removed simply and rapidly. Once powered, the carpet starts heating immediately. The product is excellent for heating the banks in outdoor markets, inside Christmas booths, etc.
Operational Features:
The heating carpet is reinforced on the walkable side, insulated downwards, and impermeable to water. Standard sizes are 160x60 cm (62.99x23.62 in). It must be laid down in the working area and connected to an outlet of suitable capacity. The plug is equipped with a power dimmer due to which it is possible to optimise the heating and save the energy.
Carbon fiber is flexible, does not oxidize, does not produce harmful electromagnetic fields during electricity flow, has no dimensional variations as the temperature changes nor deterioration of ohmic values. No wearing and no maintenance required. Its high resistivity permits significant energy savings.
Stratification:
Starting from outside layer:
• Heating layer made in linoleum, 3 mm thickness
• Carbon fiber resistors between 2 adhesive aluminium sheets
• Thermal insulation and reflective layer, 10 mm thickness
• Under layer made of resin coated polyester
• Adhesives resistant to water used for layer coupling
