To ensure adequate comfort throughout the entire service, CUSP.X_T is made with greater thickness and particularly soft padding, without compromising the elegance and discretion required in a religious setting.
The distinctive dark red Alcantara covering enhances the appearance of the benches and blends harmoniously with the furnishings and solemn atmosphere of Reformed Churches.
Heating people, not the entire building
Churches are often characterized by large volumes, high ceilings and significant heat loss. Heating the entire space evenly can therefore require a great deal of time and considerable energy consumption.
CUSP.X_T adopts a different principle: heat is generated directly on the seat, exactly where it is needed.
This makes it possible to quickly provide worshippers with a pleasant sensation of warmth while limiting the energy used to unnecessarily heat the entire volume of the building.
CUSP.X_T can be used as a localized heating solution or as a complement to the existing heating system, helping to improve comfort during services while reducing energy consumption.
Thicker, softer, more comfortable
The long periods spent seated during Reformed worship required a specific design approach not only from a thermal perspective, but also from an ergonomic one.
Compared with previous configurations, CUSP.X_T features greater thickness and softer padding, designed to provide comfortable support even during prolonged use.
The result is a product that combines three essential functions:
Thermal comfort
Heat is distributed evenly across the seating surface.
Seating comfort
The thickness and softness of the padding improve the comfort of worshippers throughout the entire service.
Aesthetic integration
The elegant design and dark red Alcantara covering enhance the benches without altering the solemn character of the environment.
Operational Features:
Once positioned on chairs or benches with the heating side in Alcantara fabric facing upwards, simply plug it in and set the switch on the cable to On. In a short time, the cushion will provide pleasant warmth.
The cushion is designed and custom-made.

Exclusive patented carbon fibre technology
The core of CUSP.X_T consists of special Thermal Technology carbon fibre resistors, manufactured using patented technology.
Carbon fibre allows heat to be distributed evenly across the surface of the cushion and offers characteristics that make it particularly suitable for regular and prolonged use:
- high flexibility;
- resistance to oxidation;
- dimensional stability under temperature variations;
- long-term stability of ohmic values;
- high resistance to wear;
- low maintenance requirements;
- high heating efficiency;
- absence of harmful electromagnetic fields generated by the heating element.
The high resistivity of carbon fibre makes it possible to achieve effective heating performance while using a limited amount of energy.
Rapid comfort throughout the entire service
CUSP.X_T has been designed to quickly reach a comfortable temperature and maintain it throughout the entire service by alternating heating and pause periods.

The technical test carried out on a cushion measuring 100 × 34 cm, with a rated power of 85 W per linear metre, simulated a total operating cycle of 60 minutes.
During the test, the system was actually powered for 31 minutes and remained in pause mode for 29 minutes.
This result demonstrates that the cushion does not need to be continuously powered in order to provide constant thermal comfort throughout the ceremony. After the initial heating phase, the system automatically alternates between operating and pause periods, retaining the heat produced and reducing actual energy consumption.
The test cycle therefore demonstrates CUSP.X_T’s ability to:
- quickly reach the desired temperature;
- maintain comfort throughout all 60 minutes of the service;
- provide a warm and comfortable seat during the approximately 50 minutes in which worshippers remain seated;
- avoid continuous operation;
- significantly reduce energy consumption.
Material layering
CUSP.X_T is manufactured using layers of selected materials designed to ensure comfort, thermal insulation, reliability and durability.
Starting from the upper side, the cushion consists of:
- dark red Alcantara covering;
- thick, soft padding;
- Thermal Technology carbon fibre resistors;
- insulating and reflective layer with specially calibrated thickness;
- high-thickness insulating layer;
- WR FR polyester base.
The covering is certified for fire reaction in Class 2, making the product suitable for its intended use in public environments and places of worship.
Easy installation and use
The cushion is positioned on the bench with the heating surface facing upwards.
Once connected to the power supply, simply use the switch on the cable to activate the system. In a short time, CUSP.X_T reaches the required temperature and begins to provide even and comfortable warmth.
The product is intended exclusively for use in dry indoor environments.
It must not be used in bathrooms, in the presence of water or in environments exposed to water infiltration.
