Project-based heating platforms with PVC-coated (vinyl) finish “click” wooden look. The vinyl is an excellent thermal conductor, allowing in a relatively short time (reduced by about 30% compared to other types of finishes) the flooring to reach the desired temperature. To achieve maximum energy efficiency, an insulating and reflective layer is attached to the lower surface of the platform with an additional vapor barrier that reflects and isolates the floorboard. Each element is independent and connected directly to the electrical network to allow the partial activation of the heating zones. The perimeter of the platform is finished with PVC profiles, with rounded edges.
NO HARMFULL ELECTROMAGNETIC EMISSIONS
The platform has a total thickness of about 15 mm, and supports a 250 kg weight per square meter. The base and spacers between the carbon fiber resistors are made of multi-layer wood. The isolation of the lower surface consists of 5 layers of material, 2 of which are polyester, 2 reflective and one thermal insulating layer.

Multi-layer wood panel of 6 mm thick.

Multilayer compensatory spacers made of wood, 4.00 mm thick.
Adhesive aluminum foil, 40 μm thick.
Double click PVC laminate, 4.00 mm thick.
The heating operation can be automated using an external electronic control unit (T705) plus temperature probes that will be placed in the heated area.
