THERMALPANEL MODULAR HEATING ELEMENT FOR DRYWALL PANELS cod. PACG.A

CHARACTERISTICS
Carbon Fiber Resistant Heater with adhesive for direct pasting on the back of the drywall panels. With a width of 50 cm and a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm, it perfectly adapts to the standard 60 cm step of the metal support plates. They can be used for any type of interior finish, either on the wall or on the ceiling, to obtain a system that heats by irradiation without moving the air, thus avoiding the circulation of dust and mites.

NO HARMFUL ELECTROMAGNETIC EMISSIONS

OPERATIONAL FEATURES
PACG.A.400 can be installed either on wall or ceiling drywall panels, which are mounted on standard metallic profiles normally available on the market. PACG.A.200, with a surface temperature of 30°C, is suitable for wall applications even behind the furniture, while PACG.A.100 is suitable for application under windows. Double shielding with aluminum foil wrapping and copper braid reinforcement, which can guarantee electrical protection even in the case of piercing. Thermal insulation on the back is made with 10 mm thick mineral wool. Bimetallic thermal limitator at 60°C for PACG.A.100 and PACG.A.400. The electrical connections can be arranged both on the bottom and the top via supply cable, placed at the middle of 50 cm side.

STRATIFICATION
Stratification of materials beginning at the outside:
Reflective aluminum foil.
Semi-rigid mineral wool board of 10 mm.
Insulating carbon fiber resistors with a special polyolefin and double protection layer made of copper wire reinforcement and placement between aluminum foil layers.
Adhesive aluminum foil.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Bimetallic thermal limiter (60°C or 35°C). Panel switching on and off can be automated by means of an external electronic control unit (T705) via the temperature probes to be placed in the heated areas. Even applying a simple thermostat or a chrono-thermostat is sufficient to adjust the room temperature.

WARRANTY
5 YEARS.
